Dagara-inspired Gratitude Ritual Weekend at Sunshine Sacred Sanctuary

Join a two-day community ritual and practice to transform grief and pain through the playful magic of gratitude.

• ●Practices & highlights: cross-cultural wisdom on gratitude as shadow-work, meditation, creativity, a “painting portals” art + sound therapy practice, a Dagara-style gratitude and rebirthing ritual, singing, drums and prayers, celebration and joy, an integration potluck, and an ecstatic dance to somatically anchor the medicine
• ●Lineage: Dagara ritual technology of Burkina Faso (via teacher Maria Owl, lineage of Sobonfu Somé)
• ●Accessibility & cost: By donation ($40–$155 sliding scale). Kanaka Maoli and BIPOC free. No one turned away for lack of funds; reach out to explore other reciprocity
